GEM develops the electrical design of machines, plants and industrial automation systems, starting from the functional specifications and the characteristics of the application.

Design covers the definition of the architecture, the sizing of circuits and protective devices and the selection of components, with attention to safety, reliability and maintainability and to future expansion.

Complete wiring diagram

Project documentation is developed as complete, structured electrical schematics, used for construction, testing and subsequent maintenance of the plant.

The drawings clearly show power distribution, auxiliary circuits, automation, signals and field connections, providing a single technical reference throughout the life cycle of the installation.

Bill of materials and labelling

The project is completed with a bill of materials that is well organised and consistent with the electrical schematics, identifying the main components required.

Clear, consistent labelling of equipment, terminals, cables and conductors makes assembly and wiring easier and speeds up later troubleshooting, maintenance and spare parts management.

Enclosure layout

GEM develops the enclosure layout and the arrangement of equipment inside electrical panels, assessing space, accessibility and the functional organisation of components.

The arrangement takes into account wiring, heat dissipation, segregation and maintenance requirements, as well as the space needed for connections and future extensions, to achieve an orderly, rational and functional build.
