Feasibility study

Before development, the technical feasibility of the solution is assessed, analysing requirements, required performance, available technologies and how it will integrate with existing machines or plants.

This phase identifies possible architectures, highlights any critical issues and defines a technically sound solution before moving on to construction.

Working prototype

When a project requires validation in the field, GEM can develop a working prototype to put the design choices and main planned functions to a real test.

The prototype allows trials, measurements and operational tests, progressively refining hardware and software until the required performance is achieved and the final solution is defined.

Small batches and documentation

Once the design has been validated, GEM can manage the production of small batches, maintaining build consistency and traceability of configurations.

The supply can be completed with schematics, parts lists, instructions and the technical documentation needed for installation, use and maintenance, creating a structured documentation base for future production runs or product developments.
