Wiring and assembly

GEM carries out in-house assembly and wiring of industrial electrical panels, handling every stage of production in line with the design documentation.

Particular care goes into connection quality, component layout and conductor identification, using construction criteria that make subsequent installation, inspection and maintenance easier.

Workshop testing

Before delivery, every panel undergoes inspections and tests in our workshop to verify that it has been built correctly.

The work includes electrical and functional checks of the circuits and, where necessary, simulation of signals and operating conditions. The aim is to identify any anomalies in advance and make installation and commissioning at the customer's site smoother.

Also to the customer's design

GEM also builds electrical panels from designs, schematics and specifications supplied by the customer, working alongside technical departments, machine builders and engineering firms.

In these cases we can manage the entire production process, from component procurement to manufacture and testing, in compliance with the agreed documentation and standards.

Any issues or inconsistencies we find are shared with the customer, and we put our experience at their disposal to identify the most appropriate solutions.
