Sign in with your key using KID
The operator presents an RFID key, card or badge to the reader. KID recognises them and applies their access level.
Each person uses their own credentials without typing a password each time. Manage users in the GI4 app.

Each sign-in records user, machine, date, time, access level and connection duration.
Machine messages show code, description, priority, area and duration. See which warnings are active and for how long.

Highlight the parameters that matter
The shop floor ranks parameters by importance. The important-parameter filter is available in recipes, comparisons and batches.
Clarify descriptions and rename groups. These names are kept when the configuration is updated.

Keep working from the machine panel
The operator panel remains available. GI4 works alongside it, with simplified pages for starting batches and assigning downtime causes.
Configure permissions by role and function. More sensitive operations, such as reopening a completed batch, are reserved for authorised roles.
